CAN YOU TELL US ABOUT YOUR DESIGN JOURNEY WITH INTERIORS?

"My husband and I bought a home in Toronto during covid. Obviously being a chef, the kitchen was my number one priority but since the house was built in the 80's and definitely had that 80's vibe going on, we wanted to give it a fresh look. We worked with Montana Burnett to design and freshen up this beautiful space.

We’ve completely renovated the kitchen and powder room to start and will eventually finish the rest of the house to complete our vision. My husband and I have a deep love for vintage and have been collecting pieces for years.

We really wanted to give them a moment to shine and Montana really helped us do that. We also fell in love with Salt by Caza which has amazing vintage pieces."

WHEN IT COMES TO INTERIORS, HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?

"I would say we love neutrals and natural materials, playing around with vintage pieces and trying to capture a Mediterranean, California feel. This home is in Toronto, but when you step inside our house it feels like you’ve been transported to a warm, sunshine-filled vacation.

One of the first things we loved about this house was all the natural light – so many windows and skylights, our home is super bright which we LOVE."
